I am a fully-certified Hatha Yoga teacher, trained in 2013 and began teaching in 2014. In 2022 I also received certification as a chair yoga teacher and I also have Level 1, 2 and 3 certification for Spring Forest Qigong.
I specialize in teaching yoga for people who are 50+ or those who may have mobility issues or just want a more gentle yoga.
This doesn’t mean we don’t work in our class to ensure we keep our core and legs strong.
