Hatha yoga classes include warm-ups, standing poses and core building poses – holding many of the poses for up to 30 seconds. This class will usually include a few sun salutations as well and end with relaxation poses and a meditation.
This class will include a long warm-up similar to our Hatha Yoga classes. We move into more active poses using the chair throughout the class and will conclude with a meditation. Anyone registering for the Chair Yoga Class will receive the recording to use during the week.
Flow Yoga is a 30 minute class at 8:30 every Saturday. This class will include 10 minutes of warm-ups, 10 minutes of moving dynamically from one pose to another and 10 minutes of cool-down and a short meditation.
These classes consists of warm-ups, floor stretching poses (including core building poses), relaxation poses and ends with a meditation.
Monthly Rates – No Drop-In Rates
$25 per month for 1 class per week
$50 per month for 2 classes per week
$70 per month for 3 classes per week
$90 per month for 4 or more classes per week
All class registrations include recordings so you will never miss a class

Hope you will join me and our little community of other 55+ yogis on our journey to remain strong, flexible and agile as we grow older and remain independent. On occasion my daughters and granddaughters may join us so feel free to invite your own children or grandchildren to join as well.
