Pricing

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes include warm-ups, standing poses and core building poses – holding many of the poses for up to 30 seconds. This class will usually include a few sun salutations as well and end with  relaxation poses and a meditation.

Chair Yoga

This class will include a long warm-up similar to our Hatha Yoga classes. We move into more active poses using the chair throughout the class and will conclude with a meditation. Anyone registering for the Chair Yoga Class will receive the recording to use during the week.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is a 30 minute class at 9:00 every Saturday of the month. This class will include 10 minutes of warm-ups, 10 minutes of moving dynamically from one pose to another and 10 minutes of cool-down and a short meditation.

Floor Stretching

This class consists of warm-ups, floor stretching poses (including core building poses), relaxation poses and ends with a meditation.

Pricing

Monthly Rates – No Drop-In Rates

$25 per month for 1 class per week

$50 per month for 2 classes per week

$70 per month for 3 classes per week

$90 per month for 4 or 5 (includes both Saturday classes) per week

2 for 1 Saturday Special If you register for the Saturday flow class or the floor stretching class, you can do 2 for 1 - join both classes for $25 or include the Saturday classes in your full package deal

Terms & Conditions

All classes are offered through the Zoom app so Zoom must be downloaded on your device (computer, laptop, tablet, I-pad) before the first class.
 
We do not offer refunds.
We do not offer drop-in rates.
The rates are based on the number of classes per week and paid monthly (within the first week of the month).
Recordings are available to anyone who may have to miss their scheduled class. 
The Saturday flow class (30 minute class) will automatically receive a recording to use throughout the week. 
Students are encouraged to join another ‘live’ class during the week if they should have to miss their class.
