I am an insured, fully-certified Hatha and Chair Yoga teacher, trained in 2013 and began teaching in 2015. In 2022 I received certification as a chair yoga teacher. I am a member of the Yoga Association of Alberta. In addition to my yoga training I have Level 1, 2 and 3 certification for Spring Forest Qigong.
I specialize in teaching yoga for people who are 55+ or those who may have mobility issues or just want a more gentle yoga.
Although the classes are designed for people who are 55+ it doesn’t mean we don’t put a great deal of effort into our classes to ensure we remain flexible, strong, healthy and independent as we age.
