I am a fully-certified Hatha Yoga teacher, trained in 2013 and began teaching in 2014. In 2022 I also received certification as a chair yoga teacher and I have Level 1, 2 and 3 certification for Spring Forest Qigong.
I specialize in teaching yoga for people who are 55+ or those who may have mobility issues or just want a more gentle yoga.
Although the classes are designed for people who are 55+ it doesn’t mean we don’t work in our classes to ensure we remain flexible and strong, healthy and independent as we age.
