My home based yoga studio is located in Cochrane, Alberta Canada. When the weather allows it, you may find that I have moved outside to a sunny location.
All classes are offered through the Zoom app allowing people from across Canada and the US to join us. The Zoom app must be downloaded on your device (computer, laptop, tablet, I-pad) before the first class.
